FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions

Here are answers to some common questions.
  • HOW DO I SECURE A DATE WITH YOU?

It is as easy as one two three,

1.fill in my enquiry form with your required date and your requirements whether it be for a wedding or portrait session.

    2. We will have a chat via phone or video to discussion of your requirements of the day, I may even ask you to fill in a form as I do like to know a little about your plans and who I may be photographing.

    3. Once you know I am the right photographer for you I will ask for a deposit that will fully secure your date with me.

4.(Weddings only) – we will meet up prior to the big day to in person discuss the wedding details form. This is also a good opportunity to take engagement shoot photos to get you used to a camera. And we can do certain poses so they come more naturally on the wedding day.

  • WHAT TYPE OF PRODUCTS DO YOU OFFER?

    COPYRIGHT

  • HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I GET FROM MY SITTING?

These are an average and a guestimate number of images you receive as all sessions vary

    Wedding full day : 500 & 1000

    Wedding half day : 250 & 550

    Portrait session: 50 & 100

  • HOW LONG TILL I GET TO VIEW MY IMAGES?

Depending on which package you have chosen and what we have discussed before hand these are the average work times I work to:

Wedding online Preview photos: 72 hours

    Wedding photographs: 6 weeks

    Lifestyle portrait session: 2 weeks

    Commercial portraits : 1 week.

  • PAYMENT

All my prices are upfront, so you can make an informed decision prior to your photo session to decide what you would like to purchase.

There is no hard sell or minimum spend.

Payment is due on the day of your photo-session.

Remember to account for the sitting fee as your retainer amount will come off your balance. Once you have viewed your images you can always upgrade your package or buy additional products.

  • WHAT TO WEAR FOR A LIFESTYLE PORTRAIT SESSION?

Neutral tones, similar tones to blend well with each member of the family. Stripes, spots and florals are fine to wear.

What to avoid – big logos and cartoon characters t-shirts and football shirts. So the photos are timeless and one person doesn’t stand out more than the other.

    Most of all feel comfortable.
